Large American Asset Owner
Large US bank working on optimizing their current SimCorp Dimension utilization of IBOR, while at the same time enhance their ABOR to support new accounting standards. The existing books will be migrated to a new platform of SCD (an SCD to SCD migration).
Dimensional Community manages a team of 5 implementation consultants working closely with the clients business and IT departments to optimize the current utilization of Dimension. The work includes migration from SCD to SCD, review of current process, provide design and configuration of solutions as well as test assistance. Dimensional Community is involved in all changes under this program, providing market best practices, recommendations on accounting methods (ABOR), improvements to their operating model and guidance on the most optimal usage of the IBOR.
Global Asset Management
The clients Investment Accounting Program is a multi-year effort intended to deliver a single integrated global accounting platform that will be used across the clients products and provide greater analytical and reporting flexibility.
Provided a SimCorp Connectivity Consultant who was responsible for the following tasks:
SimCorp Dimension integration technologies – design, build, issue analysis and resolution, Dimension overall – assist with issue analysis and resolution. Dimension integration technologies training and mentoring other Dimension support and project team member. Review current configuration/design documentation to ensure Dimension will provide required functionality to meet customers needs and where required provide additional configuration solutions to optimize the Dimension solution. Work with subject matter experts to determine optimal configuration for ongoing development of Dimension and validate the solutions put forward by SimCorp to meet these needs
Canadian Pension Plan
Migration of data from legacy system to SimCorp Dimension.
Using our accelerators from other projects we provide tools and best practices to speed up the delivery of the migration work stream at the client. Data scope included security master data enrichment's, market data, positional data as well as tax lots, cash and collateral positions. The approach taken was extract, cleanse and load repeated multiple times with a strong governance model on top to secure that required changes was resolved in a timely manor. Our approach allowed the client to go live with no issues on the migration weekend.

The scope was a multi-year effort to deliver a single integrated global investment accounting platform to be used across it's customer’s products and provide greater analytical and reporting flexibility.
Provided a SimCorp Testing Consultant who conducted the following tasks:
Assist with the identification of required test environments and work with the environment management PM to ensure valid environment provision. Lead and manage test execution, day to day test oversight, triage, vendor liaison, patch management and associated regression testing, test status reporting. Assist with test scenario / script identification, test script development, test data identification, requirements alignment, test execution plan development, business expectation management. Work collaboratively with the testing PM and other testing team members on the aforementioned tasks
Global Asset Manager
Large enterprise systems change program, implementation of SimCorp Dimension for middle and back office functionalities. Replacement of legacy software.
Provide a Reporting Consultant who is responsible for the following tasks: Assist with the identification of required reporting environments and work with the environment management program manager to ensure valid environment provision. Recommend reporting solutions to requirements, map reporting requirements to data elements within reporting sources. Provide training/guidance to report builders to develop capability to understand data models and report building techniques. Build end user reports as needed and
work collaboratively with the Reporting program manager and other reporting team members on the aforementioned tasks.
European Asset Manager
The customer required modernisation of front office functionality, implementation of SimCorp covering Portfolio Management, Compliance, Order Management and Trading
